Jeff Anderson, REALTOR®, GRI, CDPE

Jeff is the principal of the Anderson Real Estate Group.  His role is to work closely with Sellers and Buyers to ensure their real estate goals are met.  Jeff also oversees our REO Division; working with over twenty banks who utilize his expertise to manage and sell their foreclosed properties.  Jeff brings over eight years of experience and involvement in hundreds of transactions, allowing him to strongly represent his clients’ best interest.  Jeff recently earned the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Certified Distressed Property Expert designations after completing a series of intensive courses.  As a past board member of the Rose Park Neighborhood Association, Jeff keeps active involvement in many community events.  When the work is done, Jeff enjoys photographing the cities beauty and retreating to his grill to cook for his friends and neighbors, while he plays a game of catch with his black lab, Riley.

Torey Carrick, REALTOR®

Torey is the Buyers and Investors Coordinator.  His primary function is to help match the needs and wants of home seekers with the features and benefits of properties.  Spending nearly 10 years with a large Fortune 100 company allowed Torey to develop a wealth of big business knowledge.  His expertise is within the Sales and Marketing arena.  Most recently, Torey was a Regional Sales Manager responsible for a team of Sales Representatives throughout Southern California.  He has been actively involved in his community, with leadership roles within the Rose Park Neighborhood Association and the Desert Holly Homeowners Association.  Torey is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Business Communication.  In his free time, Torey enjoys outdoor activities like surfing, gardening, playing water polo, and snowboarding.

Teresa Garcia – Transaction Coordinator

Teresa is the bridge between the agents and escrow, title and mortgage lenders.  Her goal is to give every client the best customer service possible.  Teresa’s bilingual capabilities and real estate license have granted us the opportunity to assist a wider range of clientele.  She has lived in Long Beach for the last 14 years and has been a volunteer for the Latino advisory group for Long Beach Police Department for the past 4 years. Teresa is also a student at California State University of Long Beach majoring in International Business. After spending a long day in the office and school, she looks forward to coming home to her dogs, Toby and Sasha.

Krista Zaloudek – Marketing & Listing Coordinator

Krista is responsible for planning, implementing, and distributing all marketing materials. Krista also works extensively in the REO department and to generate new business. Krista is a licensed Realtor and you can often find her in the field utilizing her skills with clients and inspections. She has been a happy resident of Long Beach for over ten years. Prior to real estate, Krista worked as a scenic artist across the country. When she is not busy working, she is running with the Shoreline Frontrunners or her beloved swim team, the Long Beach Grunions.
