Danny was born and raised in Seal Beach and has lived in various Southern California cities – from WeHo to San Diego – and he knows them all well. He attended University of California Irvine, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and went on to work in customer service and sales. It was his passion for service to help others, and his intimate knowledge of Long Beach as a Belmont Shore resident, that paved the way for his real estate career so others could also enjoy this amazing area.
As a SoCal native, Danny understands the numerous benefits of life in this region, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity, and partakes in all the surroundings have to offer. The fact that he wanted to help people in his community achieve their real estate goal of homeownership, coupled with the skills he learned while in the client services industry allows him to provide unparalleled and knowledgeable insight and client satisfaction.

First and foremost, he is dedicated to making sure his clients are happy—listening to their wants and needs and achieving the best outcome in every transaction. His enthusiasm for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and his warm and friendly approach. Danny’s goal is to ensure that whether his clients are buying or selling, the process is fun, easy, and stress-free.
When he’s not working, Danny can be found taking advantage of SoCal’s many outdoor offerings: rollerblading at the beach; lifting weights; exploring local hiking trails and more. Fitness plays a major role in keeping him at the top of his game. An avid explorer of the city, Danny likes to try new restaurants, check out local music and participate in neighborhood festivities with friends and family.
