About me

Kuvaal graduated from University of Arizona and earned his Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Florida International University. His path into real estate started with a sales job in college, where he learned that the only way to build long-term relationships is to put the clients’ interests first. Through his early 20s, he held sales, training, and sales management roles that taught him how to lead people who think and work differently and how to get a team producing results with the client first.

As Director of Agent Development and Team Growth at The Anderson Real Estate Group, Kuvaal’s day-to-day is helping agents build careers that last. He runs the coaching, training, and accountability systems that turn newer agents into consistent producers and help experienced agents break through plateaus. When agents grow, clients win, and that’s the standard he holds the team to.

Kuvaal still works directly with buyers, sellers, and investors, and he brings something most agents can’t: he’s been the client. Before he ever got licensed, he built his own real estate portfolio, a mix of single-family, multifamily, and syndications across the country. He’s felt the feelings, thought the thoughts, and had the tough conversations that show up in every transaction.

He wrote and published his first book, Zero to Ca$hflow, as a plain-English guide for anyone navigating the process of buying investment real estate.What he loves most about real estate is the stories, clients who turn into friends, neighborhoods with history worth knowing, and agents who go from uncertain to unstoppable.

His deeper drive is supporting students with learning differences who don’t have access to specialized resources. At 11, Kuvaal enrolled in an international boarding school to remediate his learning disabilities. Every dollar generated from Zero to Ca$hflow is donated to that school’s general scholarship fund.
