Required from candidates:
Understand that our hiring process is unlike anything you have experienced before. We take our time to ensure that a candidate will succeed in the role, with the team, and within the organization. We have found that taking 3 to 6 weeks allows both the candidate and hiring manager to explore and discover whether we have an exceptional fit. In that time frame, you may be asked to take a behavioral assessment, provide references, attend multiple interviews, meet the team, produce a sample work project and attend a training.

Great Candidates will be able to prove a track record of success in previous pursuits.
Our Regional Directors are responsible for Recruiting AND increasing the production of our current sales associates.
